Foursquare Dealing with Jumpers E-mail

I heard some news about Foursquare, a location-based social network, that is going to deal with "jumpers". A jumper means one who checks in at the different place very far from his actual living, for example, a man lives in Bangkok at the moment but he unfairly checks in at many places in New York, since there is some way to commit. Jumpers usually do this just for collecting "badges" and snatching "mayorship" as prizes. I use Foursquare service too. Some of my friends are known as jumpers. Although I want those badges, but I do not intend to be a jumper because I do not want to get banned afterwards. Be honest with yourself better.

The news is here: http://aboutfoursquare.com/foursquare-moves-to-keep-location-reporting-honest/
