Octra Bond’s World

Thailand has a yearly festival called Loy Krathong. It is about to apologize water goddess as we use and pollute water every day. We must take a krathong, floating basket decorated with flowers, stabbed with joss sticks and a candle, to float in water course such as canal or river at night. I did it at a canal near a Buddhist temple this year. I also took advantage to pay respect to the Buddha images in the temple. It had some entertainments there; big band concert and Miss Nopphamat contest. But I could not join the shows because it did not begin yet; it would start late in the night.

Few days passed, when Alstonia scholaris started blooming (and its flower smell made me sick), it was time to know that the winter was coming. I am going to live in cold weather but I like it (because other seasons is hot).
