Earlier this week, my computer had something wrong unexpectedly; its LCD monitor was flashing off and away. I panicked because I had not stored anything up. I later found out that if I shone a flashlight on the screen, I could see something on it; I realized that only rear light was not working and its system was not damaged. So I needed to immediately create backup. I wrote many data such as programs, documents, music and games to CD's in darkness. (Most of them were DVD's in fact.) Next day, I sent the computer to fix at ASUS service center. It was got fixed on another next day. The center said that its "inverter" was broken; I did not know what it was for but I just hoped I could use the normal computer as before. At last, I can now share this story with you.
Fortunately, I was NOT charged anything because the computer is still in warranty period. :)
PS. It should be called TFT, shouldn't it?
