Someone got trouble with Khmer language so I had idea to implement a new tool. The tool will transcribe Khmer script into Thai script for easier reading (perhaps). Please do not request romanization because I am not able to do it. Try to get some content from Wikipedia Khmer for example for testing. You don't need to have the font. Just copy and paste into the form and convert.
