There was a graph plotter class written in PHP which I made in the old days. Now, it is improved and is available to use. Go to this link to sample. You can draw a graph of function of x with this.

How to draw circles: You might have studied that the equation x² + y² = c² forms a circle which its centre is at the origin point and its radius is c. You must express y in terms of x, so you get y = ±√(c² − x²) which consists of two other equations. Input sqrt(c^2 - x^2) and you will get the top half of the circle.
