Octra Bond’s World

I implemented another transcriptor that converts Bengali script into Thai or Latin script. Please check the tool page or Wikipedia sample #1 and sample #2.

I also changed ending vertical bar in Devanagari Transcriptor into "ฯ" (Paiyan Noi) for similar appearance.
